Terms of Service – Bad MoFo Rising Studio

Effective September 25, 2026.

Bad MoFo Rising Studio ("the App") is a desktop publishing tool operated by Ruben Resendiz (sole proprietor, d/b/a Bad Mofo Dogs). The App lets an authorized TikTok creator connect their own TikTok account with TikTok Login Kit and publish videos they created to that account using the TikTok Content Posting API.

Eligibility and accounts

The App is for use only by the account owner or people the account owner has authorized. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy for everything you post.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. The App publishes only content you pick, with the caption, privacy level and interaction settings you choose before each post. Nothing is posted without your action.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to post spam, misleading or illegal content, to automate engagement (likes, follows, comments), or to access accounts you do not own or manage.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time with the Disconnect button in the App or from your TikTok app settings (Security > Manage app permissions). Disconnecting revokes the App's access.
