Privacy Policy – Bad MoFo Rising Studio

Effective September 25, 2026.

This policy explains how Bad MoFo Rising Studio ("the App"), operated by Ruben Resendiz (sole proprietor, d/b/a Bad Mofo Dogs), handles information when you connect a TikTok account.

Information we access

Basic TikTok profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) through the user.info.basic scope, so we can show which account is connected.
Creator posting settings (for example the allowed privacy levels and maximum video length) so the App can show only valid options.
The videos, captions and settings you choose to publish, through the video.upload and video.publish scopes.
OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok.

How we use it

Only to publish the content you choose to your own TikTok account and to show you the post status. We do not read your followers, messages, or other account data, and we do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Storage and security

Tokens and settings are stored locally on the operator's own computer in access-restricted files. They are not uploaded to any third-party server. Videos are sent directly to TikTok and are not kept by the App after upload beyond what's needed to complete the post.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. Data is sent only to TikTok to perform the actions you request.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept until you disconnect. Disconnecting in the App revokes access with TikTok and deletes stored tokens. You can also remove access from the TikTok app (Settings > Security > Manage app permissions) or email us to request deletion.
