SMS Privacy Policy – Natasha (AI Assistant to Ruben Resendiz)

Effective September 24, 2026. This policy covers text messages sent from +1 (949) 810-5710 by Natasha, the AI personal assistant of Ruben Resendiz (sole proprietor, d/b/a Bad Mofo Dogs, Mission Viejo, California).

Information we collect

We collect only your name, mobile number, and the content of messages you exchange with Natasha. Your number is added only after you personally agree to Ruben Resendiz to receive texts from his assistant.

How we use it

To send you one-to-one messages on Ruben's behalf (plans, appointments, reminders, and messages from Ruben) and to respond to your replies.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier provider), or if required by law.
